The Maker's Place Cafe 

** The Maker's Place Cafe on Saturday 20 September will be a Harvest event, including a collection of items for the Foodbank **

Following the successful launch in June, The Maker's Place Café will return on a weekly basis from Saturday 9 August 2025. There will be open access to our beautiful Sanctuary for all to see. There will be good coffee, tea and hot chocolate and homemade cake served.

                                           

There will be a Make do and Mend station for haberdashery advice and repair, a learn to crochet/knit opportunity, a pre-loved book display, a plant gazebo and a chance to learn about clock repair.
 

In September it was interesting to welcome quite a few riders who were visiting churches in Hertfordshire as part of their sponsored ride for Historic Churches Trust. We were able to share something of our history, give them a little rest and they spent some money with us!
