Tea and Toddlers at Central
Fridays in term time, 10-11.30am
Tea & Toddlers at Central recommences 19th April 2024 for the new Summer Term and starting our 36th year. All parents and carers with babies and young toddlers continue to be warmly welcomed.
In April 1989 Central Methodist Church launched a brand new venture and Tea & Toddlers at Central was “born”. The two current leaders were both there on that first session, one as a cofounder leader and one as a member with her baby daughter.
Some recent “old” boys and girls spotting themselves and friends on our Tea & Toddlers bus.
We have various activities for Toddlers in the main hall and an adjoining quieter room, primarily for those with babies and small children who are just finding their feet. Therefore the ride on toys do not come into this room. However, for the last 10 to 15 minutes we share in a time of musical activity in the (until then!) quieter room!!
We warmly welcome back all our lovely returning families and also greeting new families to Tea & Toddlers and getting to know each other better.
